This Privacy Policy outlines how LEZ collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information obtained from users. By accessing and playing LEZ, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

LEZ collects the following personal information:

Steam Username: LEZ collects the Steam username associated with the user's Steam account.
SteamID: LEZ collects the SteamID, which is a unique identifier associated with the user's Steam account.
IP Country: LEZ collects the information of what country do you live, set by Steam.
Your PC hardware information: LEZ collects the main information about the hardware where you are playing.

2. Data Collection

LEZ currently uses third party software/services to collect data and provide a good player experience, however, these third party software/services do not collect personal information from the player mentioned in the "Personal Information Collected" box.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

The data collected by LEZ is used for the following purposes:

Code Improvement: The information collected is used to identify and address issues within the LEZ code to improve its performance and stability for all hardware.
Game Feedback: LEZ developers may take into account feedback provided by users, such as game reviews on the Steam store page or descriptions/comments when reporting bugs to improve the game.
Improve and adapt the experience to the player: Part of the data collected through in-game activity will be used to provide a different and unique experience for each player in both gameplay and social interaction.

No personal data that is not mentioned such as personal documents/files or anything else not related to LEZ is not collected.

4. Third-Party Sharing

LEZ may share certain information with the following third-party services:

Steam: LEZ uses Steam for game distribution and for other in-game online services. Information collected by Steam is subject to its own privacy policy.

5. Data Storage and Security

LEZ stores user data as follows:

Local storage: LEZ saves scores, configuration values locally as binary data on the user's device.
LEZ accounts: LEZ offers an account data saving system to keep your experience up to date.
Steam Cloud (Optional): LEZ offers the option for users to save their game progress and configuration settings using Steam Cloud, a service provided by Steam. If users choose to enable this feature, their data will be stored securely in their Steam account and synchronized across multiple devices.

Data security is a priority, and appropriate measures are implemented to protect the collected information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

6. User Rights

Users have the following rights regarding their personal information:

Access: Users can access their scores and configuration values within LEZ.
Modification: Users can modify their scores and configuration values within LEZ.

7. Children's Privacy

LEZ is intended for users over 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals regardless of whether they are under 13 years of age or not. If we discover that someone under the age of 13 is using LEZ, we will add some limitations for their proper protection.

LEZ does not collect any personal information from players that is not mentioned in this privacy policy, regardless of their age. We prioritize the privacy and protection of our users, and no personal information is collected from the player themselves other than that mentioned in the "Personal Information Collected" box.

8. Updates to the Privacy Policy

To stay informed about updates to the Privacy Policy, the game will show the latest update if there's changes.
