Log files
Log files are detailed records of what is the game client doing during your session, we can use them to search and to help determine what is causing your issue. Normally these files are extremely handly and useful to try to make a solution even for very complicated issues.
If any member of the team is asking you for the logs, here's how to find them:
Method #1:
Open the windows menu or press "Windows" + "R".
Type: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Daztrax/LEZ
After typing and search, a window should be opened, search for the next files:
Player.log (The logs of your current/last session, the most important)
Player-prev.log (The logs of your previous session)
Attach the files to where the member is asking for.
Method #2
Open the options of the game by clicking in the "options" button in the menu or by presing F1.
Search the button "Report a bug".
Enter the details of the bug in order to understand what is your issue.
Click on "Send report".
