IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and Daztrax Studios ("Licensor") for the video game "LEZ" ("the Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS:

• Ownership: The Game, including all its content, features, and elements, is the intellectual property of Daztrax Studios and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. The Game is licensed, not sold, to you.

• License Grant: Daztrax Studios grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or exploit the Game or any part of it without express written permission from Daztrax Studios.

2. AGE RESTRICTIONS:

The Game is intended for users aged 13 years or older. If you are under 13 years of age, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using the Game.

3. RULES OF USE:

By using the Game, you agree to abide by the rules as specified in our Rules of Use, which can be found at: In-game Rules. Please review these rules carefully, as they may be updated from time to time.

4. PRIVACY POLICY:

The collection and use of personal data from Users are governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at: Privacy Policy. By using the Game, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

5. TERMS OF SERVICES:

Your use of the Game is also subject to our Terms of Services, available at: Terms of Services. Please review these terms carefully.

6. ONLINE FEATURES:

The Game may include online features such as in-game leaderboards. Additional online features, such as multiplayer and Steam Workshop for downloading and uploading beatmaps, may be added in the future. Inappropriate conduct in chats and the submission of inappropriate beatmaps to the Steam Workshop are strictly prohibited.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION:

Unauthorized distribution, modification, or redistribution of the Game without explicit permission from Daztrax Studios, including uploading the Game to digital stores, file-sharing platforms, or any other unauthorized means, is strictly prohibited. If you engage in such actions, we reserve the right to request that the content be removed or take necessary steps to ensure compliance, including but not limited to DMCA notices.

8. UPDATES AND PATCHES:

Daztrax Studios may release updates and patches for the Game. It is your responsibility to ensure that your version of the Game matches the current version available on Steam.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:

The Game is provided "as is." Daztrax Studios aims to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, but we cannot guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted. We strive to improve and update the Game, but there may be occasional issues.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event shall Daztrax Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game.

11. CONSUMER RIGHTS NOTICE:

This agreement does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If you are entitled to any rights under local laws, those rights remain unaffected.

12. USER-GENERATED CONTENT:

We encourage and appreciate the creative efforts of our community. You are welcome to create and share content related to LEZ, such as gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, guides, or commentary, as long as the following conditions are met:

• No redistribution of official game files: Sharing, distributing, or uploading LEZ’s original game files such as executables, internal assets (audio, visuals, code, etc.), or extracted data, is strictly prohibited, whether modified or not. The only valid way to access game content is through the official platforms and services provided by Daztrax Studios.

• Allowed: user-importable/exportable content: Content that is meant to be imported or exported within the game (such as custom beatmaps, skins, presets, etc.) may be shared publicly, as long as it does not include or bundle official game files. When linking to external sites, we recommend including links back to the official website when appropriate.

• Monetization is allowed: You are permitted to monetize original content (e.g., YouTube videos, Twitch streams, tutorials), provided it is transformative and respectful of these guidelines.

• Use of logos and branding: You may use Daztrax Studios and LEZ logos, names, or branding as long as they are used to discuss, promote, or reference our games, projects, or affiliated initiatives. Usage that implies false affiliation or is misleading is not allowed.

• Respectful and appropriate content: Any content promoting hate, harassment, misinformation, or violations of others' rights will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to request the removal of content that misrepresents or harms the image of Daztrax Studios or the LEZ project.
